initial conversation

We start with a short, relaxed call — no pitch, no pressure. The goal is simple: we want to understand your brand, your current Amazon situation, and what a great partnership would look like for you.

 
  • We listen first — you talk, we take notes
  • We ask about your MAP policy, any existing Amazon sellers, and your main concerns
  • We’ll be honest if we’re not the right fit — we’d rather tell you upfront
  • If there’s mutual interest, we move to step two within 48 hours

partnership agreement

We sign a clear, straightforward partnership agreement before any money or product changes hands. This protects both of us — and makes our commitments to you legally binding, not just verbal promises.

 
  • MAP policy: Your minimum advertised price, agreed and signed
  • Brand guidelines: How your brand is to be presented — your rules
  • Authorized products: Exactly which SKUs we are permitted to sell
  • Communication terms: How often we report, who approves what, and escalation contacts
  • We provide our full documentation: EIN, VA resale cert, Amazon credentials

first wholesale order

Once the agreement is signed, we place our first wholesale purchase order — using your standard wholesale process, at your standard wholesale terms. No special demands, no negotiating your pricing down.

 
  • We submit a formal PO through your existing system
  • First orders are typically modest — we scale as we prove the channel
  • We inspect every unit on receipt and flag any quality concerns immediately
  • Payment on your standard net terms — no special treatment required from your end

listing setup & your approval

While inventory is in transit, we build your Amazon listing to your exact brand standards. Nothing goes live until you’ve reviewed it and given your written approval. This is non-negotiable — it’s in our agreement.

 
  • Title, bullets, description written to your brand voice and guidelines
  • Your approved photography and brand imagery — no stock photos
  • Proper categorization, keywords, and backend attributes
  • We send you a full preview for written approval before going live
  • Revisions until you’re completely satisfied — as many as needed
