Do you require exclusivity on Amazon?

What product categories do you specialize in?

What's your minimum order quantity?
We work with your existing wholesale minimums — whatever you set for other wholesale accounts. We don’t require special terms. Our first order is typically modest as we establish the relationship, and grows consistently over time as we understand your sell-through rate.
How do you handle returns or damaged inventory?
We handle all customer returns and Amazon-related issues on our end — they don’t come back to you unless they represent a manufacturing or quality issue. We inspect inventory on receipt and flag any concerns immediately.
How long does it take to get started?
From first conversation to first order, our process typically takes 2–3 weeks. That includes the partnership agreement, onboarding into your system, first purchase order, and listing creation. We move at whatever pace works for you.
